What it's for
Discover is where you find communities you're not already in — a directory of public Coteries across the whole platform, separate from any single community's own apply page. If you know exactly which Coterie you want to join, use their direct link instead; Discover is for when you're browsing.
Using it
From inside the app, open Discover and look for communities that match your niche or interest. Each listing gives you enough to judge fit before you apply — what the community's about, and a link straight to its public apply page.
Only communities their creators have made public show up here. A Coterie can choose to stay invite-only, in which case it won't appear in Discover at all.
