Community Health
Participation and community-health signals for your Coterie.
What it's for
Individual moderation catches individual problems. Community Health is where you catch the slower, quieter kind — participation drifting down across the board, a niche going quiet, a party consistently under-filling. These are the leading indicators of churn, and they're much easier to act on before members actually start leaving than after.
What to look at
- Participation trends — are review completion and session participation holding steady, or drifting down party over party?
- Party fill rate — are your sessions filling up, or running under-capacity? A consistently under-filled party is often a scheduling or cadence problem, not a member-quality one.
- Reliability — members whose reliability is trending down before they've hit a strike, which is your window to intervene early.
- Repeat attendance and active-member rate — how many members are showing up party after party, versus joining once and drifting off.
- Reviews completed and voluntary feedback submitted — how much genuine participation is happening beyond the minimum, and how quickly outstanding reviews get resolved.
- Member retention — how many members stay active across sessions over time.
This view looks at your community in aggregate, not member-by-member — pair it with moderation when a specific member needs individual attention.
A dip after a slow holiday week is normal. A steady multi-party decline usually means something structural — your cadence, your party size, or your niche definitions are worth revisiting.
