Custom Domain Not Working

Symptoms

  • Your domain doesn't load your Coterie
  • Domain settings show it as unverified after setup

Causes and fixes

Double-check your DNS records

Make sure the records you added at your DNS provider exactly match what's shown in your Domain settings — a typo in a single character will block verification.

Give it time to propagate

DNS changes aren't instant. Propagation can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of days depending on your provider.

Recheck verification

Once you're confident the records are correct and enough time has passed, re-check your domain's status from Domain settings.
